Born and raised in the Philippines,  I moved to the Uk 10 years ago,

As much as I enjoyed and intrigued about English food in my early years here , I couldn’t deny that I miss filipino food, so cooking was the solution.

 

I used to be in health care sector as a full time job, as rewarding as most people claim. It was not 100% in my case.

 

I started learning some other asian cuisine, and realised I enjoy cooking from scratch and learning new dishes.

 

I am a foodie,  my  travel is always designed with food adventure.

Cooking the food I ate and learnt from my travel can be fun and frustrating at the same time, as I tend to have my own little twist or change it altogether.

 

I ventured a culinary journey in one of the most unique and busiest food hub in Asia“ Bangkok Thailand ”. because I grow up in the neighbouring country the Philippines, street food is not new in my system. i tasted one of the most amazing dishes found in the street, and learnt cooking it with a professional Thai chef.
